Tni Le Blanc : Since 2003, Tni LeBlanc of Mint Properties has been helping others embark on one of the most important journeys of their lives: achieving the American Dream of homeownership. As a long time resident of Santa Maria, Tni’s knowledge of the local area and its many neighborhoods is extensive. She credits her local market knowledge in addition to her integrity and dedication to providing exceptional service as a few reasons why many of her past clients refer her to their trusted circle of friends and family. Independence affords Tni the ability to avoid a volume driven approach; the result when working with Tni is prompt, reliable, individualized service coupled with straightforward advice.

Prior to real estate, Tni worked as an attorney handling litigation and counseling, which included real estate transactions. She is licensed to practice law in Washington, DC, and California. Her legal training and background allowed Tni to acquire the negotiation skills and professional approach needed to succeed as a broker in real estate. Tni’s clientele ranges from sophisticated, long-term real estate investors, to first-time homebuyers and military relocations. She is also knowledgeable of the area’s foreclosure and short sales market.

Active in her community and within her profession, Tni is a Committee Member of the Santa Maria Association of Realtors®, a Member of the Lompoc Valley Association of Realtors, and a Board Member (President-Elect) of Legal Aid of Santa Barbara County. She is an EcoBroker Certified agent and holds the e-PRO designation. Tni is a summa cum laude graduate of Clark Atlanta University and received her Juris Doctor and Master of Arts degree from Georgetown University.
